Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with order entry and project coordination tasks.
- Manage office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating appointments.
- Utilize Google Suite and other software applications for document management.
- Support office management by maintaining supplies and ensuring the office is organized.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
